Please join us for our initial Beacon of Hope Renewal retreat. Our time together will be focused on two main topics.

1. All subjects relating to the Smart Choices program.
   • Introduction and Program overview by Glynn Smith
   • Each Smart Choices team leader will introduce themselves and give a brief description of their Smart Choices experience.
   • How Smart Choices and ongoing discipleship is done in Durban presented by Dr John Tempelhoff
   • Description of Smart Choices Program as run by CASP in Uganda by Moses Lyagoba.
   • Presentation of the PEPFAR AIDS relief program by a US embassy representative.
   • PEPFAR grant application Workshop by Janet Okoye - BOH-KZN.
   • Small group discussion and Panel discussion about Smart Choices Manual updates.
   • BOHI grant application purpose and process by Melissa Sims.
   • Smart Choices term planning and monthly results reporting by Melissa Sims.
   • Discipleship Program Panel Discussion.
2. Spiritual renewal and mission refocus.
   • Create a Life Map. 
   • Formational scripture reading. (Pastor Jeff & Tammy Scorziell)
   • Vocational calling. (Pastor Jeff & Tammy Scorziell)
   • Conference call from a leadership coach David Kraft, Author of "Leaders That Last.  You will receive a copy of his book in conference package.
   • Pastoral word about Sabbath by Dr John Tempelhoff.
