Musondo Community School Report

During the second week of our 2017 mission trip, three of our team members went to Kitwe, Zambia to observe the completed 2016 building project financed by the Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church.  Read what Phyllis has to say about her Kitwe experience . . .

I went to Zambia because our church had given money to PLAEP to build a bathroom facility for their school. I wanted to be able to report back to church members my impressions and also to meet Prisca Kambole the visionary for this project. The completed project exceeded my expectations. Previously, the 550 children attending classes had no flush toilets or hand-washing facilities. They do now. Looking to the future, we pray that our church will move forward and set up a partnership with PLAEP and become involved in other projects that will enhance the learning environment for the students at Musonda Community School.
